12.  Family and friends are what really matters.  If we are respectful of this fact at work, then our employees will be loyal and appreciative.  Don't get too involved in their personal lives -- be friendly but not friends.  Also, it is important and professional to be respectful of who they go home to at night, or what they do in their downtime -- no gossiping or judgments.  Do this and you will have loyal team members.
